Auction organization:
This is done by supervising the arrangement and organization of the exhibits to be sold in their place and preparing them in the required manner for display on the site and preparing the auction site with loudspeakers and providing free services to buyers on the day of the auction, which are drinks.
Advertising and publicity:
We provide sufficient advertising for the auction by publishing bulletins on social media and daily and the most widely spread, and making printed advertisements and distributing them on the site for buying and selling exhibits and directly contacting specialists working in this field.
Insurance:
We set an insurance fee for those wishing to enter the auction in order to ensure the seriousness of buyers, with a specific hour from the date of sale to complete the payment procedures and withdraw purchases (the time period for payment does not exceed 27 hours. The auction participation form is attached).
Auction Management:
The sale will be made at the auction according to the terms that will be agreed upon with you, in full coordination with the committee assigned by you before, during and after the auction, with full commitment to achieving the best prices at the auction.
Payment and Clearance:
We follow up with buyers until they pay for their purchases and transfer them within the time period specified in the auction terms.
Clearance and payment procedures are carried out through your accounting unit, as none of the sales will be transferred until after payment.
Commission:
In return for all these services that we provide, we charge a commission of (…..%) of the sales value.
